Built in 1905, based on the plans of Győző Gyárfás, it featured elements from the Gothic Revival style. Its construction was consulted beforehand by veterinarians in order to be suitable for a meat processing plant. The equipment was delivered by the Nicholson company from Budapest. From the 1980s, the building is the property of the Romanian Automobile Club.
